Our comparison and advertising model
MoneyCompare is a free comparison service. We may receive a commission from some of the providers featured on this site when you click through, apply for, or take out a product. This can affect the placement, ranking and visibility of the products and providers we show, as explained further on our How we rank page. We do not compare every provider or product available on the market.
We do not provide the products shown
MoneyCompare is a comparison service only. We do not provide, underwrite, arrange or manage any of the accounts, cards, loans or other financial products featured on this site. Any product you apply for is provided by the relevant third-party provider, subject to that provider's own terms, conditions and eligibility criteria.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
Governing law
These Terms of Use, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or your use of MoneyCompare, are governed by the laws of Italy and subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Italy, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
